Responsibility boundaries
Coordination does not turn assumptions into facts
Every material claim remains tied to the source and exact offered vehicle until the buyer completes verification.
Are candidate factories already approved?
No blanket audit, authorization or capability finding is represented. Legal identity, facility, references, production plan and commercial protections need order-specific due diligence.
Can the service guarantee range or passenger capacity?
No. These values depend on the quoted chassis, seats, accessories, motor, usable battery capacity, route, load, climate and test basis. They must be confirmed for the proposed configuration.
Does document receipt equal regulatory approval?
No. FMVSS, EPA and other documents must be reviewed for the exact vehicle category, model, configuration, model year and intended destination by qualified parties.
Is a lower factory price the lower total cost?
Not necessarily. Compare the same currency, Incoterm, inspection, inland transport, freight, duty, destination services, spare parts and exclusions before evaluating the procurement total.
