PassengerTri Source terms of service

These terms describe independent buyer-side sourcing support. PassengerTri Source is not an electric passenger tricycle seller, insurer, lender, importer of record, customs broker or government authority.

Procurement information

Catalog labels, articles and inquiry prompts help structure a request. They do not confirm stock, price, production capacity, lead time, factory access, certification, registration eligibility or fitness for a duty. Current supplier quotations and exact-build documents govern the offered configuration.

Buyer responsibility

The buyer remains responsible for accurate duty inputs, supplier selection, technical approval, contract review, payments and destination-side import, registration and operating requirements. Ratings must be checked for the exact electric passenger tricycle configuration.

Quotation comparison

Comparisons are meaningful only when construction, dimensions, ratings, quantity, destination, currency, Incoterm, inspection, document and delivery scope are aligned. Factory price alone is not necessarily landed procurement cost.

Third-party information

Manufacturer and supplier statements remain third-party material and require verification. No third-party identity, warranty, certification or approval becomes a claim of this site.

Revisions

Requirements, quotations and evidence can change before contract acceptance. Keep dated drawing and quotation revisions together and resolve discrepancies in the procurement record.
